Long-Life Vacuum Interrupter

Fully Solid-Sealed Pole Design

Vacuum interrupters, primary circuit connections, and insulating operating rods are encapsulated in epoxy resin using APG (Automatic Pressure Gelation) technology. This provides complete isolation from environmental contaminants, moisture, and pollutants.

CO GEAR Operating Mechanism

Simple and reliable design with minimal components, modular design allows for easy removal from the chassis. Single spring energy storage combined with gear transmission ensures long mechanical life and consistent operating performance.

Advanced Interlocking System

  • Verify that control circuits are de-energized and secured against accidental or remote operation during installation and maintenance.
  • Before installation or any maintenance procedure, ensure the operating mechanism spring is discharged by performing OPEN-CLOSE operations.
  • Always use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working on or near energized equipment.
  • Install and operate the circuit breaker only in accordance with the installation manual, applicable standards, and local regulations.
  • Regular maintenance and inspection are essential for safe operation. Follow the recommended maintenance schedule in the manual.
